Has Anyone Made Their Own Heating Oil Tank

I am looking into making my own oil tank to fit into a tight space so it will be long and thin , double skinned, and fire rated for 30m, I have designed tanks before but they have been built by fabricators, I plan to make this myself, but it looks like the BS testing is the only sticking point?
