I can honestly say I'm normally a very happy-go-lucky person but this is the most mind-numbingly boring, depressing Christmas I've ever had in my life!
Arghhhh!!!

Wozzaaah,she does ride bikes,but I can assure you that a hardtail frame is not a good place to be for a passenger,and you would have to trust your nether regions to my welding!

I'm stuck at home in plaster and my wife has a severe case of the lurgy so I'd gladly sacrifice a bit of nad pain for getting out of the house for a bit.

Not a sign of boredom here either, been off since last Friday and its all good here so far. I have to travel a fair bit for work so its a great chance to spend some days with my two little ones. Jan 7th will be here all too quickly so I am going to enjoy every last minute chilling out at home.

It's different for us this year as we don't have any kids, both my parents are long gone and her dad's not too well at the mo so they don't want her going round to spread the lurgy.
She's only eating stuff like soup so I'm cooking for one.
It doesn't feel even remotely Christmassy here.

Yeah sounds like a bad time Wozz, hopefully your mrs will feel better soon. my mom and dad both had it couple of weeks ago, it's only now that they are semi normal again.

Have to say, it's so dated in comparison to what's about now but still a really playable game for someone with the attention span of a gnat with ADHD....like me.

Doom and Quake2 were the last games I was able to play. I have Quake4 and Half Life but they just sapped my will to live. Duke Nuk'em was a favourite as well. They don't make 'em like that any more. Card games and Mahjong are about my limit now

Had a VERY quite xmas and expect New Year will be the same
Just want this year to end,its not been a good one, I had a cancer op which went wrong and my son had both legs crushed in a rally accident.
Hopefully next year cant be worse
Been a bit bored cos we are waiting to get a defender back from the painter then we can finish the rebuild
