Halfords Vortex sockets

I thought they were a new invention1 Have Halfords always sold them or was yours a different make. Do you find them better than the norm then?

Yeah Halfords have done them for years, They are also classified as go through sockets. I mainly use them for track rod ends, shock absorber top mounts & threaded rods where deep sockets won't cut it.

It's just Gearwrench stuff re-labelled Halfords nowdays.

So the bottom line there is if you find Gearwrench cheaper buy it, if Halfords is cheaper buy it. You get the same tool at the end of the day.
