Halfords flooring packs, rubber or foam?

I need a fair bit of rubber flooring to supplement the couple stable mats I have in the gym.

Halfords seem to have these pretty cheap,anyone have some? Are they foam or rubber and rough thickness?

I think they're quite light foamy stuff.

I ended up using van floor liner in my garage - it's cheap, dense and hard wearing. Plus it can be stuck together with superglue.

Fairly compressible foam about 10mm super lightweight so you would probably need to glue down. Not a great solution for gym flooring. But you get what you pay for

I was doing a disc brake conversion on a mini for a friend , he bought a pack to use as laying down boards as he has no lift ,,, they hacked the pace for a couple of days , but they scrape easily , and dont feel that durable . I dont think they would last long in a gym.

Normal stable mats are quite hard, youcan get a softer one for about 35 quid a pop
