Agree with u we all learn its life
I agree we can all learn from others if anyone sees a better method and shows us accept it but no one in a workshop should be shouted at especially not by an apprentice as iv said iv 2 apps and I also have 8 others under me and none of them will shout at another member of staffI agree they ain't in a position to shout and rant but everybody can learn from everybody.
There are means and ways. Of course there is no harm in someone saying. "Can you leave that set alone in future pls mate" or better still putting your heads together and getting something that works for both of you. It shouldn't be like that really as you should be introduced to a procedure. Welds shouldn't differ like that based on preference.
Or just tweak the spot weld timer, set it to as long as it will run for.
All been there mate. I've had guys hit E stops on stuff that I've got sparkys out to look at.I can hear the guy now " the welding plant is suffering an intermittent fault feeding wire"
A very embarrassing fault but not as bad as when I the spark to look at s grinder that someone unplugged in secret behind my back
