They are indeed. I think the reason Brad says not to buy from machinemart is because they’re known in the industry for not knowing their **** from their elbow when it comes to welding. Usually an out and out welding supplier is the best port of call for immediate after care.. 99% of the time a machine issue can be remedied by a phone call from someone who is familiar with welding processes and the machine being used.That is rather harsh. Whilst brevity is good, sometimes you need to flesh out your advice so people can understand why you are saying what you are.
Would it not be rather more helpful to him to suggest he investigates how any warranty on the machine is transacted: whether the purchaser deals direct with GYS UK or if it is only through the original dealer? The result of his investigations might then inform his purchase.
