Guyson blast cabinet gun spares

I'm sure I've seen posts referring to Guyson bits in the past, but can't find anyting.
My ceramic nozzle is shot, seemed to last forever, then has gone a bit lacklustre. It used to have a 8mm ish bore, now is 19mm so no wonder!!
The guyson site is no help and I remember folk saying that they were unhelpful and hidiously pricey so I thought maybe a generic replacement gun might be the best way to go. Anybody recommend one, my current air nozzle is about 3mm, 8mm ceramic. 2 compressors 3hp& 7.5hp happily hold at 90+psi when blasting.
Or does anyone know a source for the guyson type ceramics?

You're very welcome.
Its nearly 25 years since I sold the Metal Cleaning partnership so I a bit out of date.
I think your gun is a Guyson 900 type.

Might be worth plugging the part numbers in a search.

could make one up out of carbon steel and harden it and lasts a fair while i made these 2 and cast the bodys of an original one over 50 years ago

Might be they ship to the UK and also be cheaper, but I doubt it.

I made a long-reach one for my Guyson cabinet from a buckshee length of steel bar; it was just to poke into some recesses and worked very well.
Obviously it wouldn't last forever...

I'm toying with the idea of turning up a bit of halfshaft and hardening and not tempering it just to get the current job done.
Which reminds I must make the trip over to Fransham forge in Norfolk to have a shufty/ buy one of his induction forges so I dont have to faff lighting the forge every time I want to sweat up a little bit of bar.
Been meaning to go for 18months plus, but never get the time because I'm lighting the forge to heat little bits
