I don't watch Glastonbury, though my wife said all the bands she listened to sounded poor.Would anyone like to challenge me by saying Axl can sing and the sound mix is good?
I'd like to see Iron Maiden on that stage, but will never happen....

Back in the good old days....He has bursts of energy, but he keeps going quiet and mumbly.
But then again, I saw them at Wembley stadium in 1992, so I have seen them at their peak.
Slash looks like he could drop at any moment too!
I always forget it's 30 years ago now though!
Went to Glastonbury in 1994, nearly died, lost 2 or 3 days in a waking blackout. Silly days.
Back in the good old days....

Never again.

No, don't think I had any alcohol. Don't think I had any food either.
Didn't even have a tent!

I wasn't very sensible back then.
Mind you I did wonder if they had to wait a couple of hours for axle to turn up on stage.
Have to Agee with that, in Manchester '92 they had 'Faith No More' supporting them and thinking back they where probably the better band on the day.It was way past my bedtime when I was saw them.
The arrogance of them was lost on me then as I only wanted to see the opening band.
Then waited for fat boy slim set, was disappointing for me
