Best advice for a SIP Migmate is to sell it and buy something else but if you want to persevere then get a new liner and try to keep the torch hose as straight as possible as the wire feed is merde in these welders and needs all the help it can get
You say the wire keeps feeding after the trigger has been let go, check to see if the contacts are sticking shut maybe there's a dead spider in there or maybe it's getting stuck and jumping out.

Yup, it was me. First girlfriend, late eighties, was French (foreign student) and she taught me that expression - it is now something I take great delight in attempting to teach pupils in my technical class if I find out that they have French next lesson!
