Some of you lot are animals in how you look after your tools.I'd be mortified if any of mine ever ended up looking like that.
you're just being a snob...... its the wrong brand for you, it would have to be Bosch for you
My work gear was pretty much all Makita though. The 12V drill & 12V impact driver were Bosch. Still have the latter two, & they're still in good condition. Those were my first Bosch blues.
If i have a branded tool that goes out grafting every day it gets the camo look that rats don't recognize as an expensive tool...never had one stolen yet. This is the sort of scheme i go with, makes them look like they are worth £2
