You need to be careful as some of the manufacturers aren't even giving you a full box for top money

Using milkers or bodyglove nitrile blacks.
Each of which are circa £8 box.

Put £3/4 postage on and soon £15 doesn't seem too bad.
As for masks, dont know as never bought them but every one needs a sensible profit margin not being greedy.

I think the point is some people have been buyers of these gloves and masks i for some time
before the rush to buy and they have seen the prices ramp up.

Obviously there is the issue of suitability but that is another issue.
Knowing who is ramping up the prices.... suppliers.... wholesalers... retailers is hard to quantify.

all those greedy shops that were selling paracetamol at £6.00 and other products at silly prices when this is all over the public need to give all those shops a wide birth so they go out of business well that's my opinion

I have a similar opinion....in fact I purchased overcharging.co.uk to name and shame those extracting the urine.

After finishing the bottles of wine I had a long read of some posts around the subject and whilst it was obvious some like Mike Ashley are profiteering others as I said are quite literally having to pay more from others down the line. So it's a case of supplying those who want it at a price or not supply them at all ..

Honda I've just done the rear suspension on was that crapped up with chain Grease I used 3/4 of a Box of Ethnic Gloves to keep me pandies clean, Imagine putting an extra £15 on the Invoice for Gloves my customers would have a Kitten

@snoozer I hate going off topic, But the orange gloves are good, But if I'm doing a job where I know they will get ripped to pieces or it's a proper messy job. They I just use the cheaper blue ones

The £21.45 inc postage is for a box of 50, not 100 mind. It does look like they're slightly special though.

The price for a box of 100 gloves on RS for all the loads of them they have "available to order for delivery 22/2/25" is/was about £6/7/8.

Thats about right. I was using nitrile gloves working on some truly fetid machine that hadn’t seen use in thirty years, paid about $12 a box for 100. I’d usually go through five or six changes in a day, they split quite easily or just get too dirty.

@duncans been trying to get some for weeks, Can't say I've gone searching every shop. But there's a rumour they haven't been receiving supply to the warehouses which distribute them. Could be a pack of lies, Who knows!

I hav just had hand surgery, went for the stitches to be replaced and forgot to ask for pain killers, no paracetamol in our shops, but plenty of flu plus etc, look at the ingredients as lots of stuff is still available but contains paracetamol

That's a dilemma.
Are you more likely to catch something going to get something to try and stop you from catching something than not going to get said thing?

Just take a deep breath before you leave the house and dont inhale the outside stuff.
If you need more air grab some safe stuff from a phone box or through the letterbox of a rich looking persons house.
