I just remembered that I do have wood to show! Alas, like me, it is aged and diseased; an old sycamore on a National Trust property not far away - Mrs TF is friends with the manageress. She suggested I do something with it before it gets used as firewood; naturally they'll receive (hopefully) some bowls from me in return.

Picked it up last December and its still under a tarp outside the workshop; hope it isn't too far gone. Top pic is after I used the waterjet to get the mud and grit off.
