I don't especially get on with Google Chrome (though I have it open at the moment for a bit of cross browser testing on a website).
I tend to use Firefox - nice and simple and quick but plenty of add-ons available for this and that when you delve deeper, and things to fiddle with if you happen to want to do unusual things.
hitch i have had google chrome now for a few weeks. For the reason that this comp stinks in terms of memory and speed and i felt internet explorer was using to much in the way of resources. For the most its fine, but occasionally pages display different in chrome to IE. chrome seems to have a built in spell checker which is great
