I bought a evelution quite a few years ago thinking I could use it as a Piller drill as well it does work to a point but obviously is short of reach and can be a sod to set up it is only single speed but serves it purpose as a mag drill and I have used it for larger diameter hole cutter on a arbour

Rotabroch cutters can be used in a pillar drill with the right arbor - we use them for 14mm upwards as they are cheaper than MT drill bits, cut faster, last longer and create less swarf as they cut out a slug rather than have to turn everything to swarf
