Good customer service.

Just thought I would recommend this company as pleasant and helpful.I have no connection with them.
I wheeled out my Kemppi RA550 for the first time in years and couldn`t remember what the switch positions were or the various earth connections.
A phone call to Kemppi got me nowhere as the response was " It won`t be a swift response as there is only one guy in service and he is busy".Shame the makers of the best in my opinion mig sets in the world aren`t as good on customer relations.
So,I found Spectrum Welding Ltd of Chesterfield on Google and gave them a call.Nigel who answered the phone couldn`t have been more helpful and is obviously a Kemppi fan so I thought I would give him a public pat on the back.

Always good to hear of good customer service , it is quite unusual these days and becoming more so !! All most companies can think of is making profit !!
I called Murex about my old Transtig 205 and they were ok , not brilliant but better than most. They should remember the mantra , a good reputation is difficult to achieve but so easy to lose and also , success is a crop that needs to be sowed carefully !
