Good cheap shifting key

Been doing quite a bit of plumbing recently and after years of struggling with unsuitable adjustable spanners I saw these and took a punt.
They aren't bacho quality but for nipping up compression fittings under a bath or basin they are just the job they are minotaur brand from Toolstation and at 11quid a pop they won't break the bank

There is a version out there with a plier like handle that slide the thumb screw a wee bit, and then locks like vice grip pliers.

sorry to be negative, but why wouldnt you just buy Bahco? They arent that expensive, and even the newer non-swedish made ones are tough enough for daily use.
I've tried loads of shifters from other brands and I hate them all. They're either wrong handed adjuster screw, or they're made of chocolate.
I wouldn't buy any shifter other than bahco, unless it's a purely disposable tool for a specific purpose.

I have a couple of bacho shifters but ive found (and by the way i'm not a plumber) that spanners that open up far enough to fit 22mm compression joints are often too long to use in typical plumbing applications like under a bath or basin. These are short and open up wide, i'm never likely to be dogging something up tight with these they're really just for nipping compression joints and the like
The bacho equivalent would be wasted on me for the amount of use i would get from it. They certainly fit the bill for occasional use.

I've had a similar "vice grip adjustable hybrid" set badged as Stanley in my toolkit for many years and find them invaluable (but bulky compared to the OP link)

Also saw a set in scandanavia badged as Bacho but my luggage was already at "max allowed for getting on a flight" weight - one of the tool purchases I managed to resist.

OP: looks like a decent find, I have a similar "skelton" adjustable that fits into tight spaces where regular adjustable are too bulky.

Bahco do short handle wide opening wrenches for plumbing.
As above, I've used different adjustables but Bahco is still the best. Slim long jaws that are well machined so they are not sloppy in the slides.
There is a reason why there are a lot of similar copies out there.

I've always (for as long as I've had usable tools) used Halfords advanced for my Swedish nut lathes...they just seem to work in all available sizes, comfy to use and got a good bit o' gravity to them for those times you need to break out the adjustable mallet

A man of my own culture...the beauty of this forum is you can find the people that will cut a tool in half, knowing they can probably weld it back together later when they need a bit more umph for the next fitting

the rack in the bahcos moveable jaw is missing a cutout tooth, meaning the screw bottoms out at full (standard) opening. I put the cutout in with a grinder, so the screw can wind the jaw all the way in and out.
