I am getting the impression that Steve Graham Sales Ltd based in Littleborough has gone into liquidation...really annoying as it is only 20 miniutes from where I live,where I got all my mild steel sheet and flat bars from

Steel stockholding has to be one of the hardest businesses to stay in.

Supply prices constantly fluctuating, small customers creating 80% of the overheads, cashflow is terrible if they're giving longer invoice terms which they usually do to bigger customers
Then those big customers sometimes going bust and completely wrecking the job. Commodity goods at cutthroat pricing with very little margin left in it.
