Glue, Mrs C need help

From research and a few Pm's it seems as though super glue is the thing, maybe with the zapkicker stuff.
Mr C may also have learned about adhesives which is no bad thing.

I bought this 3 years ago and still not run out. Has a decent lid too so it dosen't stick on.

As Keith 66 says yes sikaflex is good but expensive, I too am a Boatie bloke we've stopped using sikaflex as it is prohibitively expensive. We find standard PU mastic just as good for watertight underwater bonding. If it will hold cutlass bearings to fibreglass underwater it will probably glue your misuses mosaics together. We use masonry mastic and have never had any probs from the equivalent of b&q. It is damn sticky mind you, we use saliva and fingers......... Watch, all my boats will now sink, joy!!!

I know you've already said epoxy probably isn't what you're looking for but Poundland do a clear epoxy that's resealable.Maybe worth a try for a quid

I'd try one of the thicker rubber reinforced superglues, only issue is that they tend to dry a translucent black, would that be an issue?

There is this as an alternative but it doesn't bond as well as the normal black toughened stuff:

The normal gel type they sell may be okay too, being thicker to fill any gaps.

The other option would be a fast methacrylate 2-part glue:

With that you should be able to just brush one component on the mosiac, the other on what has fallen off, and press them together. The only issue may be the viscosity is too thin and it would soak into the substrate.

Very helpful to know that the other PU adhesives work as well as Sikaflex, I've been afraid to try anything else in case it's not as good!!
