I want to run a flex cable out of a round plastic conduit "end" junction box, through a stuffing gland.
The flex has to come out of the side, not the lid. Aesthetically, it needs to be a stuffing gland.
On a metal box, I could just screw the gland straight in, but I'm going to have to "glue" the gland in.
Is there such a thing as a "glue in" stuffing gland?
Or do I have to resign myself to drilling a 20mm hole in the side of an end box, OR... can I just glue [1] the threaded end straight in?
I don't want to use a square junction box, if I can avoid it.
[1] Solvent weld? Or silicone sealant? Construction adhesive?
