Dear Rob
Thank you for your response to my order for a plasma cutter. I’m sorry to hear that the item has been “discontinued”. Of course the plasma cutter replacing that item is exactly the same, but under a different name. It’s just that your web site was **** and you couldn’t let me or the other umpteen people who ordered one have a free plasma cutter, you t////.
In fact, what happened is that you fu**ed up and are really a lying b//////. Sorry to be so blunt, but let’s face it. It’s true.
Well we all make em Malcolm but I've had no response to a possible bulk order either, and in a very competetive world in an extremely competetive business it's down right poor, un-acceptable service.
The internet has opened up the market to all, large & small, but poor service is still just not acceptable in my book.

Sorry Malcolm. You're right, a bit of moderation was in order. However, the mistake is not the issue. I make them all the time, but I do try not to lie. I have a big objection to that. If he had been honest about the mistake that would have gained my respect! He would have been a bigger man for it.
True enough - seems very off to advertise something they can't supply and then "discontinue" it as soon as anyone wants one. Way to get repeat business.
Bet it's a comminucation mess up with the Chinese, though the price to the dealer must have seemed too good to be true as well. Mystery.
It`s almost unforgivable in this day and age for a business to plaster something for sale on the WWW at a price which isn`t there or anywhere near there.
I wonder how many labels those machines have? I`m sure they all made by Riland and yet mine has circuit boards with Greenbird legends stamped deep into them. It`s like one big Corporation with little satelite factories round about it operating independently but getting all the components from the Mother factory. I think they are all in Shenzen.
