Getting Rid Of A Seam

Any suggestions? Using Orca on an X1C. Tried randomising the layer start point but it just looks rubbish:

The seam, currently printing them handed so this points down and isn't seen:

Trying that by default looked attrocious.

The fillet radius is carefully measured as per the original so cannot change. At the final incarnation I think albeit with seam. They'll have to be printed handed with the seam at the bottom so as to be not on show.

Use the smallest nozzle and layer height possible, try slowing down the speed. If printed in abs I believe you can smooth it in acetone vapour.

Try slicing then preview then zoom in and see if they are visible.

I was looking at the wrong thing.
Still, see if it's visible in the sliced preview. That will tell you if it's a settings issue or a printer issue.

Cura gives you options for the seam (called Z start or something?)
You can start at a random place on each layer so it's less noticeable. Or at a selected point so it's easier to remove.
Maybe add extra walls and start printing the inner wall first.
Or concentric print with spiraling should loose it completely.

Tried that and it looked rubbish still. Periodic little flecks everywhere.
