open powershell as administrator

copy and paste the following

press enter

type the number corresponding to your browser

press enter twice.

it will download the registry file and run it.

restart your browser

its not a dodgy script though. its from a trusted source, had been analyzed and is malicious code free, and it simply runs the above for you.

To get rid of the AI result on google, set the language to Esperanto. It is still perfectly usable without knowing Esperanto but it gets rid of the AI garbage.
