Arrived today, first thoughts are they are not heavy, my Scruff’s are heavier. Finish doesn’t look anything like leather, just close knit canvas.

I ordered 38, [usually wear a baggy 36, I’m 34ish] as they shrink. However if they shrink that much they’ll be round my knees, supposed to be a 34leg, more like a 31. So I’m returning them, unsure as to whether I get the next size down or go for a different make FHB?



Substantial double zipper with a double button behind, with space to get the old man out.


Quality looks to be very good, pockets are cotton lined, large and deep. Considering they are joiners pants I’m surprised the pockets are so open [no flaps], they’d be full of saw dust and brick rubble in mintues if I’d of worn them when on site.

Not just you, I think their website is at the end of a piece of German Leather wet string.
Putting in a search for 'Local Stockist' seems to be utterly fruitless.
I wonder if they do the 18th century uniform of a travelling gigilo.
