Genuine dewalt 4ah battery

looking at getting a new battery for my dewalt impact wrench, high street stores seem to be selling them from £70 upwards, they appear to be around £43 on ebay,
Anyone know if there likely to be genuine ? is there even a market in fake batterys ?

There are lots of fake or after market batteries on Ebay, That said genuine ones are on there from UK known sellers, but i get messed up by the sellers that have 3 different pictures of the same battery so you never know what you will be getting.
