This could be complete garbage but I think you can run an isolating transformer (yellow one) in reverse but you half the amps.
Hopefully someone with better knowledge can confirm or deny!

Random earth wire.

Not sure where the petrol goes, I tried pouring it into the little tube that goes into the carb, but it just went everywhere, and it's difficult to do while it's running. Very poor design.

genuine Honda, the fuel tank is missing, it should have one of the white tanks sat on top of the engine, ebay has loads of new copys of the tank.

The fuel tank was an attempted wind up haha, its sat in my garden after being flushed out. The filter looks in decent shape and the sediment cup was fairly clean, but the fuel was a horrible colour and full of peeled-off paint and loads of crap. I'll be tarting the whole thing up and giving it a full service soon, I'm not 100% sure I'm keeping it at the moment if I can't find a cheap transformer it'll have to go.
