Generator over voltage

I’ll ask the question directly, here - is this a cheap chinese clone?

The genny or the AVR?

Hyundai genny about £6k
AVR yes they all seem like cheap clones now.

Just goes to show you cant trust new parts to be ok.

Fitted a second new AVR today & the voltage is rock steady.

Does anybody have any idea where I can get an AVR for a lister HA4 generator set?
I think it's around 30kva, (4 cylinder version of the one pictured below)
It was missing when purchased
