hi can anyone help me i,m making my gates using 40mm box section 4.5 m x 1.5 m with 12mm rods. do you think 12mm will look ok against the 40 mm box as i dont want them to be too heavy ?

my railings were 50x50 box for the uprights, 25x25 for the horizontal and 10mm rod. proportions look fine
