no problem having oxyacet and propane together just make sure nothing flammable stacked up near them if possible

No problem at all with what you're doing so long as you take the same precautions as you normally would in terms of fire prevention.
Also, for the commercial users amongst us, there is no longer a requirement for separation distance of 3m between propane and oxygen storage, you can store them in the same cage when not in use. There is a volume limit however I cannot recall it. A lot of people are not aware of this change.

All the correct advice but incase this is a company
Its worth looking on the Bottled Gasses Association website and the HSE website as they will have loads of info, then if you are ever quizzed about it you can show the source of info.
The things I would look at
Hoses in good condition age etc?
Flash back arrestors do you need them and are they fitted?
Obviously keep flammables away too.

Argon is not flammable in the least. Storing argon near something is generally safe.
Some people would argue that oxygen and fuel gas cylinders should be kept apart. I would agree with that when designing storage for a significant number of cylinders. But on one cart I just keep a bottle of oxygen and (usually) a bottle of acetylene, often with a propane cylinder standing right next to it.

One requirement for propane storage is bottom ventilation from the area - not usually an issue in a work area.
Propane bottles are not allowed to be stored inside a domestic property due to higher pressure (than Butane).

At work we store them all together unchained too...

Argon, argon CO2 mix, oxygen, acetylene
All together just besides the air compressor
Obviously propane tanks stays un their trolleys in pair with an oxygen bottle.
Now I'm not saying that this is correct but they are safer than we think.
We should follow the rules and separate oxygen bottle from flammable gasses in the weekends but as would you imagine we don't.
Here in Italy we don't have a rtule which doesn't allow us to store propane inside our houses we even have 62kg tank batteries in some houses.
What we should but nobody does is buying proper propane tanks for job sites.
Which are refillable orange tanks very expensive too.
We just use household tanks and use them.
But while 25kg an above tanks are just propane smaller ones are propane/butane mixture.
You'll rarely find proper orange propane hoses in our job sites over here too.

So your set-up is not too bad, seen it done in many places (mine included).
The danger as I see it, is sparks.
Also arcing to a cylinder (of any gas for that matter).
Grinder sparks & grit, along with welding sparks, I keep a coffee can (3 lb) over the top my tank's regulators & valves.
