Does anyone make 'handy' sized rolls of 0.9mm gasless aluminium welding wire?

I doubt it verymuch.
Youl need some gas to weld ally. Pure argon.

I doubt there is such a thing "gasless aluminium wire" for MIG welding.

You can get aluminium arc rods - a supplier gave me a couple of samples but unfortunately all the flux fell off (damp) before I had the chance to try them! W/A

OK, those rods are stick/coated electrodes. But welding with them is inferior comparing with TIG and MIG.
