If the rads go pop, there will be brown water right enough.A farmer mate of mine made a redneck hot tub out of a large plastic cattle feeding bowl (about 8ft diameter by 4ft deep). The water is heated by passing it through some scrap domestic radiators welded together and suspended over a fire pit. There is also a pump to circulate the water. It works very well, a bit too well if the fire is roaring.
If you attempt this, don't forget to flush out the radiators first unless you want brown water in your hot tub!

brown water/floaters mmmm lol.He built it for his big birthday bash last year and it was running almost continuously for four days with no problems.
The water did get a bit murky though, but that was due to all the grubby bodies getting in and out of it all the time.
When it wasn't occupied he'd float a sheet of Celotex insulation on it to keep the heat in.
This is the most cowboy idea I've read, But I love it! HahaHe built it for his big birthday bash last year and it was running almost continuously for four days with no problems.
