Gas problem

Hello everyone I have just purchased a rtech 210 amp digital acdc tig welder with a pedal and very happy with it as good as the kemppi's I use at college although I do have a problem well more a worry really I am using boc argon pureshield in Y bottles and seem to be using loads I'm set at 15cfh as I do loads of ally work is this overkill also the regulator I'm using is a boc mig one but is it ok for pure argon? I'm no particular expert but 15 cfh is about 7 lpm, which is in the right ball park according to my tables. I think it depends on what ceramic you are using, whether you have a gas lens and so on. The regulators should be the same for argon CO2 mixes (MIG gas) and pure argon but you might want to consider getting one of these flow meters to give a better indication of flow.
