Gas pressure question

My Portamig 185 arrived today

I have a regulator supplied with it but when I set it up what pressure should I run? I'll be welding thinner car body steel with 0.6 wire.

It's the flow rate you need to set, not pressure.
Start at around 10lpm, if it's breezy you'll need more, if your welds look nice and clean with no porosity you may be able to turn it down a tad.

Thanks, I will be welding inside so the breeze shouldn't be a problem. I'll see how it goes once I get the machine unpacked and set up
