gas powered forge

So good fellas, I've been thinking to build myself a gas powered forge for heating metal when I'm working wrought iron. I was planning to use butane burners and some form of iron tank( I have access for a narrow vent for fumes not chimney)
Do any of you geeks out there have any schematics or ideas of how to construct this thing efficiently? I appreciate every relevant contribution

The commercial ones just have a airpump of high volume low pressure, and blend with a butane bottle output using a simple gas imxer valve. I can sketch out teh bits and wehre tehy sit if you want.
Having said that... I paid less than 70 quid for my commercial alcosa ceramic chip forge, so maybe its something you could source cheaper than diy'ing?

thanks Mr Fluffy. I would have a look at your sketch if you want to share your idea of how to set up the components effectively.
About buying an alternetive, I would prefer, but industrial material here in Malta are imported not manufactured.....and believe me it's much cheaper to build it...as is the issue with many other machinery, though you cannot build every piece of equipment you need can't you?
I'll have a go on this one.
