My Miller XMT 200 CC/CV >> The pedal seems to only have one position,....ON! It doesnt vary. Is the pedal bad? Is there any way to verify the problem??? "Veteran welders only please". (no offense) LOL!

First the stupid question: You did switch the A/V control to the 14 position?
Could be bad pedal. You would need to check pins C,D and E on the connector. Measure resistance between C and D, then check that the vale between E and C varies between 0 and full value between C and D as you move the pedal.

LOL, Yes it is correctly set to 14. Shenion, your'e a good man, I will check those variables tommorrow morning with my multi-meter. We seemed to have lost the manual for this machine, and I thank you for being so swift. I used it today, and the (sticking) was driving me mad! I'll let you know.
