Gas hose fitting

Was just connecting up my new Oxford and the fitting at the end fits neither my existing regulator nor the Parweld one supplied with the machine. Left in the picture.
I do have a spare which fits both regulators. Right in the picture.
Am I okay to fit it with the fuel hose clip also pictured? Or do they have to use the crimped on type?

Hose clamp will be fine just check it for leaks after u fit

Nope, no adapter missing. I’m wondering whether the tail is seated funny in the threaded nut?

let me know if you need a replacement sending.

It's okay I swapped it out.
The profile of the seat is completely different, and on both regulators when the nut was fully tightened the tail was loose.

The bullnose connector looks like those used on disposable bottle regulators.
