Gas Bottles from Ebay

I have seen these on ebay. First can they be used for a mig and second is the filling up universal accross europe or will there be problems.

No good at all, you want either agon/co2 mix or pure CO2.
That stuff is for the brewing industry, not for welding.

He does offer straight CO2 but it does seem to have the correct fitting. Maybe he has a diffferent bottle for straight CO2.

You first need to find if someone will fill it. Most will only fill their own bottles.
