Gas bottle Clarke 151 TE

I have a Clarke 151TE which is fitted with a regulator for the small CO2/Argon
gas bottles. These last no time what so ever and at £12 a throw are expensive. Can someone tell me if I can change regulators to use the larger bottles and where I can get the larger bottles ( not the largest size ).

You can use one of these regulator/adaptors to use the larger bottles. The white tube from the welder just pushes into the fitting on the end of the tube.

As for the refillable bottles you could use someone like Air products or Boc. There might be an agent in monmouth.
Or Have a look through this thread to see if there is anywhere near that rents bottles a bit cheaper.
