Gas bottle adapters

I've just bought an R-Tech TIG and MIG set. The supplied regs are the UK male 3/8" BSP. But since i live out in Euroland, our bottles require a female W21.8-14 fitting.
I would rather not buy more new regs, so does anyone know where i can find adapters?

The 3/8" fitting on the reg is the outlet, not the inlet. Inlet will be something like 7/8" BSP.

Ok whatever it is, i need to adapt a uk reg to a euro W21.8 bottle.
