I bought one offline perhaps 7 years ago and looked for 16 mm I think rather than 12mm tongue and groove.
It made little difference to the cost but is a solid shed and I would buy again.
It was almost half price 2 local suppliers.
It was also from a part of the country that was perhaps more hungry for the business.

That's where we got our summerhouse from, found that to be excellent quality!

I'd go for tongue and groove wood.
we bought our locally made for £325 6' x 3'10".
well made and worth it. bought for our lass as a garden shed to do potting etc and cleared all the garden tools out of my garage(more space for me)

Pallets.

Yep a frame work of pallets with shiplap on the outside,
and osb board inside . A proper door and door frame..reclaimed plastic window..
