Hi

Does anyone know anything about them? I Know nothing!

it need a new liner. can the bit clump of plants flowers they are yellow. are they able just be removed and put ontop of the new liner. .

ihave found newts nothing else always loads of frogs they must be away.

I know its very not welding question i hate gardening

becareful with newts the Great crested newts are a European protected species. The animals and their eggs, breeding sites and resting places are protected by law.

i new some where. i have been putting them in the ajacent point and will lwave that one. i have been leaving stuff to rest a pond side and any i am putting in wee pond

if u shift the news out to the other pond put the new liner in put the plants back in with the clumps of soil and alls well oncve its established the newts will come back in aparantly they can walk a fair distance each night looking for suitable ground and ponds

Look like native flag irises, it won't be a problem moving them. I've pulled out plenty from my pond, as they start to take over if you don't keep on top of them and I planted some out on the verge and they grow just fine without being in the water.

will def need to not make to sterile and keep as much as xan and also keep other wee pond

Leave the old liner is, clean out the pond & lay the new liner over it, less chance of the new liner getting damaged by a sharp stone.
