Swan neck - yep, final piece. You could try hand feeding the wire through and working out exactly where the blockage is. If it's a new liner the wire should get through, unless it's become kinked too. Otherwise, the usual point of blockage is at the end of the liner where it goes through the swan neck but has misalignment with the contact tip - hence the earlier advice to remove the tip.

I'm still playing with this thing, got some gas for it, but still not managed to sort the wire feed problem.

I've been looking at liners and notice they come in different sizes, or colour ranges. What difference does this make, is it as simple as matching the liner to the wire size?

For Euro-Torches:-
BLUE = 0.6 - 0.9mm
RED = 1.0 - 1.2mm

Doesn't seem to be a standard for none Euro-Torches, some are black PVC, some are white coated steel, some blue coated steel, some black coated steel Depends on make & model.

Seems it was a bargain, got a decent liner in it some new wire, cleaned the feed rollers, put some gas on it and it works Still bird nests occasionally, but nowhere near as bad as it was.
