Swan neck - yep, final piece. You could try hand feeding the wire through and working out exactly where the blockage is. If it's a new liner the wire should get through, unless it's become kinked too. Otherwise, the usual point of blockage is at the end of the liner where it goes through the swan neck but has misalignment with the contact tip - hence the earlier advice to remove the tip.
