Garage frost stats are triggering

It is only 11 degrees outside.
I understand that one stat detects air temp, and the other detects boiler pipe circuit.

Anyone know why boiler is coming on. I do not use timer. I only switch on as and when needed

From the collective wisdom that is the internet, frost stat setpoint temperatures seem to be in the range +5 to +10 degC. 11 degrees is only just outside that. Is there a setting that can be altered?

When I fitted a frost stat on our heating system, the sheet with the stat said set for 4 degrees, also recommended a pipe stat on the return, set for I think it was 25 degrees to keep the system ticking over. Works well, if the temperature drops at night, it’s just enough to take the edge off the house.
