Garage Alarm iphone notification

Hi,
As the title says, I am looking for an alarm for my garage which would send me a text
or a photo to my iphone.
It’s no good having a loud bell as we have no neighbors.

i have Swann CCTV which sends a photo when it sees movement. Alas EVERYTHING moves here,
trees, Pheasants, Rabbits etc etc.......even shadows set it off.

So, The best would be a indoor movement sensor which would send me a text or something.?

so fit a camera inside as there wouldnt be anything to set off if no movement

Some cctv can be linked that if any infra red detection at certain hours can be linked to alarm or alerts.

My system which is running is set up, with an optional output for sounder.

check your CCTV NVR - it may have an alarm input you can attach a PIR to and use that rather than motion to trigger alerts.

I have some of these gizmos and it turns the lights on and sends an alert to my phone if it detects motion. From there you can watch live.

I’m not recommending it as such - theres more to making it work than the thing itself -but it’s interesting what you can do for not a lot of money if you have the time & inclination to tinker.

My mate has just installed a couple of RIng units with spot lights on his workshop, the picture looks pretty good.
