Look on the BOC website, they have a map of all the BOC Gas & Gear shops, take it in there and they should change it for you. Welcome to the forum.
Not without an account, all BOC cylinders are now bar coded so you cant even swap one from from a mate who may have an account,
When you go into a cylinder centre nowadays they just scan the empty and they know instantly which account it is rented out to.

I had a place that would help but they use argo shield. He said just to take it to BOC and pay cash but I am sure this won't work. I was setting up the volkszone deal but got stuck at the electronic signature. I cancelled my account years ago for argoshield, acetylene and oxygen as it was just way too expensive. It has taken me maybe up to 6 or 7 years to empty the big argon bottle.

Sadly your only options are to get an account with BOC and use the Volkzone offer (they now do a deal on Oxy/Acet I hear if that's of interest again) or use a rent free supplier. I have no idea what (if any) are available where you are, but it may be an option if you will only use tiny quantities. The Volkzone deal is often better value as the rent free suppliers only fill to half the pressure, but it does depend on usage.

yes but whos account are u going to put it down to when u get a new one . and they will give u a bar coded one which will go to that person with account making it impossible to get there own filled without the gas company knowing as there barcode will be diffrentThe coded collars that get scanned are easily removed
unless u can put the removed one on another bottle
