Fuel Tanks - Safe Welding Procedures?

Ooooh, controlling RAMS, PTW, & MoC can be a thankless task, but probably one of the most meaningful in terms of keeping people safe.

This made me wonder…..probably wrong thread and with out been political….in industry if you change out your board, or huge swathes of the work force it would be covered by some kind of MoC (Management of Change) process.

Wonder if Governments do such things like when they throw a quick election like the UK and France, and then have a high percentage of new folk bouncing in!

Interesting one that.

Based on my interactions with DEFRA/BEIS/MOD/HO over the years, I strongly suspect that the Civil Service will be currently spinning up it's "Change Management" processes, in anticipation of a major reorganisation, no doubt with help from McKinsey/Deloitte/KPMG as they have been stripped of the internal resources to actually follow their own process.

At least in my experience "Change Management" starts like MoC with an assessment of what the change means, but then involves focusing more on the "fluffy stuff", with the intention of making sure that your workforce doesn't get so spooked/annoyed that they just up and quit en-masse.
