Fronius 3000 Pulse

Hi, got a query on this Fronius we have. When adjusting plate thickness setting on the torch, when cycling through the numbers, it goes through each one up to 3.0 then skips to 4.0 then carries on through each number as before. For example if you want 3.6 you need to do it on the dials of the machine, not ideal at times. Any ideas why and how to sort, as this is the most commonly used zone for us.

have you tried contacting fronius ? surely they would know the answer

This could be quicker if anyone knows, I expect F will want email and will be a day or so and following wind
I would do both

prob just the program on the synergic , they may think that once your on 3, 4 , 5 etc a mm step is enough and expect you to trim and save your own preferences to the jobs list , but thats just a guess

Why don't you just save it in tiptronic memory?

Thank you for your replies. It's only recently it has started doing it and always had cycled through it normally, we have had the machine for well over a year now. We are in a machinery workshop so not every welding setting is the same. So it's just handy especially when you on top of something and the dials aren't close
