I recently made up a new frame to mount 3 bucket seats in the cab of my F250.
After consulting with the engineer, i got the material from the local supplier cut to the sizes i needed and got to it!
Made the frame out of 25x25x5 angle for the front and rear mounting rail and used 20x20x1.6 square tubing between to tie it all together.
Then welded 10x10 square rod with the ends drilled and tapped, to the end of the frame for the outer seat bolting positions.
These pieces i removed from the old original seat frame.
Also bolted through the tubing to the original seat mounting brackets.
Finally i added 2 drop down posts with 65x65x3 end plates to bolt the centre of the frame to the transmission tunnel.
Here are a few pics.
