It's only jammed as a test, new one arriving this week and will be fitted hopefully before mot, if not it will be straight after when I do the rest of the service.
This is not a motor a want to give grief, when I booted my Cav turbo you could see the petrol gauge move, I'm not overly concerned about mpg as it will barely be used but I don't it as bad as the Cav
treat it to a new radiator as well as a stat and remember the make sure the bleed on the manifold works rad is really to small on K series holds less than a gallon on rovers not sure on the gaylander as it was known
you will have to remove manifold and clean it up to do make sure you use uprated gasket from rimmers
