I gave my old stick welder away to some eager young chap on here a month or so ago, he was so keen and happy and enthusiastic, full of praise that I could help him out......... then once it had been sent he disappeared, not heard a word from him, not even sure it got to him.

I got my start in this sort of thing from generous folk who were looking to help newbies, some great kit at generous prices so on behalf of those that don't respond - thank you very much for doing this, it's what keeps the interest alive I think.

Particularly for those of us who don't have close friends or relations interested who would lend kit!

Thank you John & Xtreme Plasma, i liked and subscribed. I lent my old buzz box arc to a "friend" and i haven't seen either since ( maby a good thing, once bitten and all that). Not a piece of kit i used often but very handy to have around, well was.

I just had a look for your vids , I haven't had a notification in ages even though the bell icon is ticked.

You should write a jolly annoyed letter to the U of tubes.
