Forming Ends In Metal Pipe?

Anyone able to form these ends in 1/4" pipe or know who can? Or the tooling to do it?
Proving to be another nightmare i can do without!!

Only thing i can find similar is the GM fuel line with o-ring but that is 5/16 pipe

Surely the swaged end only prevents the O-ring staying inside the fitting when removed?

I did this about 15 years ago on a GM single point injection throttle body, the faces aroung the port were flat so used a copper washer.

These are power steering transfer pipes, forgot to say above.
Not too easy to bodge given the operating pressures.
Struggling to find any means of remedying this other than trying to get hoses made up (not sure on the clearance)

Only former i've seen in 1/4" is for push connect fitting, then a trim. Thoughts?

What car? You can probably get a 2nd hand rack cheaper than the tooling to make it yourself.

Not found anyone locally yet able to make in same ballpark as per original

Did a bit of measuring by eyeball and i think 3/16 brake pipe is pretty close to the end of the flare size.
Now considering, after @tigdlo suggestion, stuffing the 3/16 up bigger tube's chuff plus a washer, bit of braze, some jiggerypokery, jobs a goodun, mibes......
I have some 3/16 and 6mm pipe to hand....would a tight fight(fit) and braze be better or looser fit with 1/4"?

Thoughts anyone?
